BEAUTY BY JAYE
Thank you so much for taking the time to view our policy and procedures. These procedures were created to assure that we promote client customer service. Beauty by Jaye takes these policies seriously, and appreciate your understanding that these policies and procedures are non-negotiable.
PAYMENTS
We accept all client payments via cash or credit card in US Currency.
BOOKING
We have provided this website for booking services. We also utilize Square Appointments for booking services. Square will show all of our available bookings for your service. If we are unavailable on that date, we will let you know in advance.
CANCELLATIONS
While we understand that you cannot control all of life's happenings, it takes time and energy to prepare for client services. In order to best serve and offer ample appointments to committed customers, Beauty By Jaye adheres to the following cancellation policy:
For sugaring clients, Beauty By Jaye requires that clients give a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to cancellations. Beauty By Jaye will be flexible for no more than 3 emergency cancellations within a single calendar year. Clients that have more than 3 no shows or late cancellations for a scheduled appointment will be required to pay a 50% deposit up front for all future bookings, and that deposit will be collected as payment even if the client no shows on the scheduled appointment.
For makeup clients, Beauty By Jaye requires that clients give a minimum of 72 hours notice prior to cancellations. Canceling of makeup services results in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit that is required for the booking of makeup services. This is seen as a way to recoup losses on time, energy, and supplies that are purchased in preparation for serving a client that chooses to cancel.
